Annual Membership Fee (Premium):

   "Premium" membership replaces the former "Gold" membership category

Annual Membership Free (Basic):

   "Basic" membership replaces the former "Silver" membership category

Monthly Membership Fee (No-Risk):

   "No-Risk" membership replaces the former "Platinum" membership category and requires a 12-month membership commitment. However, the monthly fee is only charged during a month in which the member receives an appraisal order from the Appraisal.com Nationwide Appraisal Network.

Scanning and Upload Fee:

   Charged to an appraiser for any appraisal delivered to Appraisal.com via fax, US Mail or other paper-based delivery service for which Appraisal.com must scan and upload the document on behalf of the appraiser.

Non-Standard Upload Fee:

   Charged to any appraiser uses the Appraisal.com Secure Digital Uploader to upload a PDF version of the completed appraisal report only.

Non-Standard Upload Fee (AIReady):

$8

   Charged to any appraiser who fails to use the Appraisal.com Secure Digital Uploader to upload a completed appraisal report but who uses the AIReady upload option through the Appraisal.com Nationwide Appraisal Network website instead. This fee is charged in lieu of (and not in addition to) the normal Non-Standard Upload Fee.

Non-Standard Upload Fee (Lighthouse):

$8

   Charged to any appraiser who fails to use the Appraisal.com Secure Digital Uploader to upload a completed appraisal report but who uses the Lighthouse uploader instead. This fee is charged in lieu of (and not in addition to) the normal Non-Standard Upload Fee.

Invoice Removal Charge

   For the removal of an invoice from a completed appraisal report

Guaranteed Turn Time Late Fee

   (Only applicable to appraisers who participate in the Guaranteed Turn Time Program). Charged to appraisers an appraisal order is completed after the Guaranteed Date.  An appraisal is considered late if it is not received by 7:00 PM EST of the guaranteed date posted to the appraisal order details.

Commercial Appraisal Delivery Late Fee

$100/day

Appraisal.com reserves the right to assess a late fee in the amount of $100 for every day (or part thereof) that a commercial appraisal is late.  An appraisal is considered late if has not been received and passed Appraisal.com's quality review by 5:00 PM EST on the delivery date stated in the letter of engagement.  Late fees will be deducted from Appraisal.com's agreed upon vendor payment for the assignment in question.
