standing) appraiser, we would like to send you business on
behalf of our lending clients! In addition, you must (1) have
the capability to transmit your completed appraisal reports as
Adobe Acrobat documents and (2) have a valid email address that
you check every day.
We pay NET 30 and, best of all, you
SET YOUR OWN PRICING AND DELIVERY TIME!
Appraisal.com’s online
self-serve order delivery system makes it easy for you: You
simply accept orders as they come in, produce the appraisals and
upload them to our secure servers. Commercial appraisers will
also receive bid requests for commercial property assignments.
We take care of delivering the appraisal to the client, getting
payment and handling any customer service issues that may come
up. Regardless of whether or not the client pays us on time,
you get paid in 30 days!
