functionality without leaving your Loan Origination, Underwriting and/or financial systems, integration is simple.

	At a glance, you can tell what is happening with your appraisal order: Appraisal.com's intuitive "traffic light" system and status messages give you concise and clear information about your appraisal.
	Key dates are maintained in our databases for total accountability and tracking.
	Ned help or have a question about you order? Send a message to Appraisal.com's Customer Care team through the "Communications Box" and you will get a prompt reply... and, messages in both directions will be saved in the order history.
	Need to send a contract of sale or other supporting document to the appraiser? Upload a PDF or TIFF using the action button and it will be sent to the appraiser immediately and posted to your order. Need to change the appraisal type or cancel your order? All it takes is one mouse click!

	No need to create a new order and re-enter information: Additional services on the same property (such as AVM Reports and appraisal reviews) are just a mouse-click away.
	All of the data that you previously entered (or that was transferred from your other systems) is displayed any time you need it.
