Choosing two appraisers cuts down your turn time: the first appraiser to accept the order gets the assignment, and the second appraiser gets a message asking them to be a little faster next time: only the appraiser that accepte the assignment is given the property address... so, you need not worry about confusion from two appraisers contacting the homeowner.

At the time of order, you can also choose up to two "Backup Vendors" who will be notified of the order if the two primary vendors decline or fail to respond within the allotted time (see #10 below).
